use:

4-Methoxy-N-(2,4,6-trimethylbenzene)benzenesulfonamide is a typical sulfonamide compound that can be used to prepare dopamine D3 receptor agonists.

preparation:

Add 2,4,6-trimethylaniline to 200 mL of dichloromethane, cool it to below 0°C in an ice-salt bath, add p-methoxybenzenesulfonyl chloride in dichloromethane dropwise, and heat to reflux for 6 hours. Pour into crushed ice, extract with ethyl acetate three times, combine the organic phases, remove the solvent under reduced pressure, take the ethyl acetate from the concentrated solution, wash with brine, separate the layers, concentrate the filtrate, and recrystallize from ethyl acetate to obtain 4-methyl Oxy-N-(2,4,6-trimethylbenzene)benzenesulfonamide solid.
